May – a new representative office of Itaka Real Estate Agency is opened in Volkhov town of the Leningrad Region. Setting up of this representation of Itaka Agency in this town is an important event within the program of the territorial expansion of our company. The establishment of this key department in the East of Leningrad Region will enable our agency to offer our clients attractive property in the picturesque area of Volkhovsky, Lodeynopolsky, Tikhvinsky and Kirishsky districts of Leningrad Region. March – Itaka Real Estate Agency concludes a cooperation agreement with Residential Hypothec Financing Agency of Leningrad Region, established by the Leningrad Oblast Government. From now on our company will provide the clients of Residential Hypothec Financing Agency of Leningrad Region with advice and help them in searching and finding the property they need.

January – Central Department of Itaka Real Estate Agency moves to a new office located in a business center of B+ class at the 14^th Line of Vasilyevsky Island. This new location at the prestigious business center facilitates up-scale service for our clients.

January – a teller terminal is installed at the new office of Central Department of Itaka Agency. From now on our clients can use this new service to pay using Visa plastic card.

December – the first night of the play “Mama +”, sponsored by Itaka Real Estate Agency, takes place in the Music Hall Theatre of St. Petersburg. The show was performed over 100 times in December and January. This bright performance, created by professional actors side by side with young apprentices of theatre schools, caused joy to tens of thousands of children and their parents!
